No, no, no!!!  Blending permanent makeup with your own brow hairs is what creates the most natural look.  Julice will wax or tweeze any superfluous hair that do not belong within the shape of the brow but she will never shave/tweeze/wax off all of your existing brow hairs to create a completely different shape.
